Theatrical, gleaming and noble. The Opera is a hand-made rug with an allure that is reminiscent of the magnificence and luxury of a bygone era. The design was inspired by the seats in the leading theatres and opera houses of the world. Mohair was often used in these because of the shine and natural strength of the wool. The authentic look is highly attractive in the velvet variant to the version with the luxurious fur-like surface. Made of 100% mohair (opera velvet) or a combination of mohair and New Zealand wool (opera fur). Can be used as a wall to wall carpet.
