1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Casalis BV delivers physical products to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and non-binding.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only upon physical delivery.
Shipping costs are clearly communicated before the order is finalized.

2. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify Casalis BV by email.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and preferably in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days.
Custom-made or personalized products are excluded.

3. REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
A reduction in value may apply if goods show signs of use or damage.

4. PRIVACY POLICY
Casalis BV processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
Data collected includes contact details, order and payment information.
Data is used for order processing, communication and legal obligations.
Data is retained only as long as required by law.
Customers may request access, correction or deletion of personal data.
